Calling all cattle enthusiasts, breeders, and industry leaders – it’s time to harness the power of global connections at the 2025 Neogen World Angus Forum! Where borders fade away, and the world comes together to celebrate the Angus Community. This event is not to be missed!

The Neogen World Angus Forum provides a unique opportunity for Angus breeders and industry professionals to come together to learn from one another and to share their passion for this iconic breed. It also plays an important role in promoting the Angus breed globally and in advancing the knowledge and understanding of cattle breeding and management.

After the huge success of the World Angus Forum in Australia in 1997, Angus Australia is honoured to again be hosting the event in 2025.

AN INVITATION TO AUSTRALIA

As CEO, and on behalf of the Organising Committee of the 2025 Neogen World Angus Forum, it is our great pleasure to invite you to attend Forum in Brisbane, Australia.

The 2025 Neogen World Angus Forum will kick off in Sydney on the 29th April 2025 with a welcome cruise on Sydney Harbour followed by a 7 day pre-tour before arriving in Brisbane. The pre-tour will include an Angus Expo, brought to you by Zoetis at AELEC, Tamworth, which will be the largest showcase of Angus Cattle and genetics in Australia.

Following the 2 day Forum in Brisbane there will be a post-tour to finish what is anticipated to be the biggest Angus celebration in Australia’s history.

The Neogen World Angus Forum provides a unique opportunity for Angus breeders and industry professionals to come together to learn from one another and to share their passion for this iconic breed. It also plays an important role in promoting the Angus breed globally and in advancing the knowledge and understanding of cattle breeding and management.

Preparations are well under way to deliver an educational and informative event that brings together leading experts and advocates in a broad range of fields, as well as the opportunity to experience Australia with its unique wildlife and environment.

The Organising Committee are also preparing an exciting social program to bring you the best of Australian entertainment, culture and cuisine.

Brisbane is a modern, dynamic and vibrant city with direct access to Australia’s top tourist attractions making it an ideal destination for touring before and after the Forum. One of the most impressive features of Brisbane is its stunning riverfront, which is home to a range of recreational activities, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and cycling. The city is also known for its world-class dining scene, with a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, and bars offering cuisine from all over the world.

THE VENUE

BRISBANE CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION CENTRE

The Forum will be held at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) on the 7-8 May 2025. The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is a world-class convention centre located in the South Bank precinct of Brisbane, Australia. The BCEC is conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane’s cultural and entertainment district with easy access to public transport and nearby hotels.

BCEC has a global reputation for excellence as reflected by 192 awards including the AIPC APEX ‘Worlds Best’ Convention Centre Award for 2016 to 2018, and Runner Up in the AIPC APEX Award for 2020-2022.

South Bank is set in a lush, subtropical riverfront parkland. Located on a one-kilometre stretch of the Brisbane River, visitors can enjoy the only swimming beach with sand in the heart of an Australian city.
